Whirlwind.

I'd apologize for not posting sooner, but only 3 of you (really?) read this thing.
Things have been crazy. Got into New York on Wednesday, Mom left Friday, had just enough time to recover before starting work this morning. I've found there's a lot to be said about not having plans. As a serious plan-maker generally, this weekend was an experiment in 'letting it happen'. And it was pretty awesome.

Thursday night Eddie, Angela and I went to see the recently graduated Parsons fashion students' work. So crowded, but a good show. The craft on the menswear really impressed me. Tailoring is hard, yo. Plus I loved Serena and Blair sitting at the end on the runway on the left, so catty.

Saturday I spent some time with this guy. The one with the camera I mean. Pigeon guy was pretty awesome too. He yelled at David, and the pigeons, to leave him alone. Went to see the Avedon fashion exhibit at ICP, and it was everything I hoped it would be.

Then we ran into this police flash mob.

And visited Poland, in the park.

Sunday I had brunch with Lili, which might become a weekly habit. We randomly found the Chelsea market, pretty awesome. We decided we both want to live in Chelsea when we grow up.

Lili told me these little guys are called Hearts In A Cage.

And then we hit the motherload of all tea stores.

A little Myspacin' in the Meatpackin'. Ha. Vintage dress, f21 belt, Banana Republic Bag.
